Payments may be made on our Checkout page using the following services:

PayPal
- Pay with your PayPal account or credit card.

Lightspeed
- Accepts all major credit cards.

Klarna (by Stripe)
- Split your purchase into smaller payments. US customers only.

Fantasy by Numbers does not store payment information. All transactions on this site are handled through one of the service providers above.

Loyalty Program
You can also earn Gold Coins (loyalty points) by making purchases on our site, following us on social media, and more! Gold Coins can then be redeemed for coupons towards your next purchase. Click on the coin pouch icon (in the bottom left corner) for more information or to redeem your Coins.

Order and Shipping Information

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order with details and information on how to check its current status, and another notification when it has been marked as shipped.

Order Processing

Most items in our shop are made to order, and typical processing time is 1-2 weeks unless stated otherwise. That may vary during busy times of the year, but we will do our best to maintain a quick turn-around.

Processing will vary for special orders, but we will keep you informed of our progress.

Shipping

All orders are delivered to a courier from our shop in Canada, and from there go through either Canada Post or USPS. US and International customers may not receive a tracking number until their order leaves Canada.

US Orders
 Standard shipping is free to the US!
Estimated transit time is 5 - 7 days

Express shipping is calculated at checkout.
Estimated transit time is 2-3 days

Canadian Orders
 Standard shipping is $10 USD (about $12.50 CAD), or free on orders over $150 USD (after discounts and before tax)
Estimated transit time is 4 - 7 days
Yes, it's cheaper to ship to the US than across our own country. We're not happy about it either.

International Orders
 Standard shipping is $12.50 USD, or free on orders over $150 USD (after discounts and before tax)
Estimated transit time is 10 - 15 days

Express shipping is calculated at checkout.

Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created with the help of the Return and Refund Policy Generator.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Fantasy by Numbers, 38 Elma Street, Okotoks AB T1S 1J7.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Fantasy by Numbers, accessible from https://shop.fantasybynumbers.ca/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Cancelling an Order prior to shipping

You are entitled to cancel Your Order at any time before it is shipped without giving any reason for doing so, with the exception of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

Cancelling a personalized or custom made Order

Prior to work beginning on Your personalized or custom-made Order You are entitled to cancel your Order for a full refund.

Personalized or custom-made Orders cannot be cancelled once We have begun working on them.

Returning an Order that has already shipped

The deadline for returning an Order that has already been shipped is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement within 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods minus a Restocking Fee if applicable (see below), using the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Restocking Fee

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the Goods are being returned due to damages incurred during shipping (proof will be required).

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods are in good condition (suitable for re-sale), unless they are being returned due to damages during shipping

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Goods marked as on clearance cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
