Canadian Import Information

As a Canadian-based business, we want to be transparent about international shipping:

• All items are handcrafted in Alberta, Canada
• US customers may be subject to import tariffs on Canadian goods. These tariffs are being implemented by the US government, not by us
• The cost will be equal to 35% of the order value (this value is subject to change).
• We are working towards obtaining CUSMA compliance for the products we manufacture, these will be exempt from tariffs
• Tariff fees are collected based on when the package crosses the US border, not on when the order was placed
• Why are our prices in USD? The majority of our customers are in the US and overseas, so USD is the most convenient currency for our customers.
